DigiTow is a digital marketplace designed for fleet owners to simplify vehicle recovery. We connect you with trusted tow providers through a fast and efficient bidding system, reducing downtime and saving costs.
DigiTow is built for fleet managers, business owners, and logistics teams with fleets of vehicles, whether you’re operating 10 or 100 vehicles.
Our pricing is based on fleet size, starting at $99/month for up to 10 drivers. Larger fleets pay as follows:
• Up to 25 Drivers: $199/month
• Up to 50 Drivers: $299/month
• Up to 100 Drivers: $499/month
Sign-on fees and service fees are excluded. We do not offer yearly plans.
Platform & Features
When you post a service request, our platform sends it to multiple tow providers in your area. Providers submit their bids, including pricing and estimated response time, so you can choose the best option.

No! DigiTow is designed to be simple and intuitive, with access via text, app, or web browser. No extensive training is required.

Subscription & Billing
No, DigiTow operates on a month-to-month basis. You pay only for the services you use with no long-term commitments.
In addition to the monthly subscription cost, there is a one-time sign-on fee and a service fee for each completed tow. These fees are outlined during the onboarding process.
